Will SRB sell or not whats the verdict?

Here is a poser for you all.

With all the announcements recently and the latest today re LR how many people think that SRB will sell his existing shares in Virgin to Delta so Virgin becomes Delta UK, or how many peeps think he will keep his shares and Virgin Atlantic still keeps going just!

I am on the side of he sells.

Delta can't legally own any more than their existing 49% stake in VS as they're not based in the EU.

There was speculation some years back that SRB would eventually sell his majority 51% stake to Air France/KLM.

From his quotes I would find this very hard to believe - especially if VS trades in the black this year...

The bet with WW from BA and the love he has for his own airline I cannot see this - and nor would I want this.

I don't think he actually personally owns them. I believe they are help in a family trust.
Why would he sell ? I am pretty sure he doesn't need the money and he certainly would not want to lose the kudos of owning an airline.
