meal choice

Hi everyone

Does anyone know the meal choices on the outbound and inbound LGW-MCO in upper am flying this Wednesday and my friend is a veggie but eats fish. Just need to know if she will have enough choice or if she should order a veggie meal. BA does a seafood option to pre order but it seems virgin does not.
