V:Port Controls

Does anyone know if/when the remote controls will get fixed in Economy? A lot of them a battered and are almost unusable. I find it really annoying, especially when I'm fighting the menus and whenever I want to play a game.

BTW, why are the controls sometimes under the monitor, yet other times inside the arm rest? Does it depend on the model or something?

Oh and will V:Port get replaced? I'm sick of watching moves in cropped 4:3 resolution. Nothing they show is in that resolution anymore, anyway. I'd like to see JAM, but none of the flights I go on have that.

V:port is still a luxury if ever found to be flying on the a340 ( thankfully only one left with the 1990s one film loop system )

Always log issues with cc and then call customer services (or flying club) - I've normally been recompensed with miles when issues occur.
