How much Champers can you drink in the CH when you manage the place?!

And they need to live within commuting distance of LHR :0

Do all or most staff get some level of flight perks, or only at senior level or perhaps after N years service?

Ditto! I am really shocked about the pay, especially given the location.

Re travel perks, my understanding is that almost (if not all) everyone working for VS gets them. I recall my conversations with some FC helpline agents about their exciting travel plans, where they confirmed that they had excellent staff travel perks (not telling me what perks, jbut confirming the fact that they are really good) 8D

I think you get 6 free flights a year, not sure what travel class it's in? I have a friend who used to work in Customer Relations for VS at Crawley, and she said it used to be a lot better in the "good old days".

But there is a qualifying period before you get the benefits, I can't recall what but do recall a conversation in the Clubhouse while having a pedicure!

I met 4 young employees from the Virgin's Swansea call centre on holiday in Ras Al Khaimah recently. They had used their travel perks for the holiday and had flown out in Upper Class LHR to DXB. They didn't know which class they would be flying home in.
