On our recent flight home in PE from BGI to LGW the FSM came to speak to us to thank MR D a Au card holder for his loyalty and asked could she get us anything from the bar. She came back with two glasses of champagne and said to let her know if there was anything she could do for us during the flight. We also saw another three trays of champagne being taken into economy. A really nice gesture by the FSM.

yes it is nice when it happens, whether FSM or cabin supervisor, I was in economy on a flight recently and they came and asked me for my meal preference first as I was AU to ensure I got the meal I wanted, plus the champagne and nibbles from the bar.

I was a little self concious though as not only did they ask me for my meal preference but also fed me before all the other economy passengers...

Get a great fsm and this happens but unfortunately it's very inconsistent.

No, I don't think I've ever had anything being AG, other than the standard welcome from the FSM or CSS when flying in Upper.

I do remember once getting an upgrade from Premium to Upper many years ago at LGW flying to MCO whilst I was AG, but other than that nothing springs to mind.

My last couple of flights have been in either PE or EC and have had recognition of Au status on both of those trips and many times before.

Came back from BGI in Y last month and was brought Champagne by the FSM. Unfortunately she accidentally spilled it all over me, soaking all my clothes and the seat. She was mortified but accidents happen, she did bring me a sleep suit from UC and a bed cover for the seat.

Just glad I was driving home rather than using the train :)

Nothing what so ever

Not even a "thank you for your loyalty"? I only recently got to silver, and even a simple thank you wouldn't hurt.

Last year I flew Y from LHR-LAX and received a glass of champagne and a 'thank you for flying' from the FSM at the start of the flight when I was on Silver, so it does happen on occasion!
