Virgin and Transaero

I am flying on a UN (Transaero) ticket in discounted business (which is S class on UN-ticket) but VS operated SFO-LHR, and then on UN from LHR-VKO, also in business.

My questions: Can I get credit in Flying club or on DL / Alaska ? Will I get access to Virgin's lounge in LHR?

if your seat is in the UC cabin you get SFO CH access, you also will have VS revivals lounge access at LHR terminal 3 (as long you do not take an airside connecton to T4)

on LHR-VKO you need to check with UN which lounge(s) they have access to, it will not be the CH as UN uses terminal 4

if you checkin at the VS counter at SFO give your FC (or DL) number, as long as you've not atached any other loyalty card to the booking i'd think you'd get the points ok
