Gold and his family accessing the LHR clubhouse

Looks like my husbands VS flight next week to IAD will take him up to FC Gold
We are flying to DXB in PE at the end of May. Do you think he will be allowed to take me AND our son (age 7) into the CH, or would we have to leave our son somewhere else, lol
What other exciting benefits can we make use of ?

The rule for guests is one only per AU card holder/Upper ticket. You may be allowed to purchase an additional pass but that will depend on how busy the CH is.

Would there be no flexibility as he is a child, and will not eat much ??
We will ask on the day and see where we get, if allowed an excellent bonus. If not my son and I can go shopping on daddys credit card while he enjoys the lounge.. seems fair ?

I'd say it's unlikely they'd refuse your son access. They may charge though.
