is the black cc card upgrade voucher a return or one way?

As the title really.

Just reading the website and it doesn't actually say either way.

SO when i send the £5k and get the voucher, does it upgrade both legs or do I need to spend £10k and get 2 vouchers?

One voucher is valid for a round trip upgrade from Y to PE, if you book using miles only and subject to PE reward availability.

its valid for a return trip.
However, they may allow you to upgrade 2x seats one way if you ask nicely.
