Quite busy in here this morning, waiting for my VS19 to SFO, which appears to be very full (and as the concierge just informed me as I asked about upgrades actually oversold in PE and Economy)

Enjoy you stay in the CH. Have a great flight and a good trip. With the flight being oversold in PE & economy does that make for a better chance of an upgrade?

Quite busy in here this morning, waiting for my VS19 to SFO, which appears to be very full (and as the concierge just informed me as I asked about upgrades actually oversold in PE and Economy)

I expect Monday morning are a busy time in the LHR CH

no upgrade I'm afraid UC was also full - plus my economy seat and dodgy tv for 10:15 flight which meant that thanks to the fact the passenger in front of me staying fully reclined from the moment she could to moment the crew made her put her seat up meant no VERA for me... because the screen in the seat didn't stay in place so was unwatchable...

I forgot just how cramped an economy seat can be when the person in front is fully reclined.
