Have I stumbled across a secret project?

I'm looking forward to visiting the Virgin Hotel in Chicago later this year, from what I hear it very much reflects the Virgin brand and values. I was in Amsterdam a few weeks ago and wondered if I'd stumbled across Delta's top secret hotel project????

Looks more appealing that DL's Sky Clubs!
