online check in

just tried to check in for our flight tomorrow and I can't. its unavailable please check in at the airport?? is this normal? and why? I have booked 2 extra leg room seats and the 2 seats behind for the kids. now I know seat request is a request but whey you've paid!!

Not an expert but could be a change of aircraft or you could have been selected for an additional security check. Could also be a temporary fault, just keep trying. Good luck and have a good flight.

if you've got a 'special' seat request, perhaps that blocks online check-in?
