I don't suppose I should be surprised that Virgin's IT seems to be acting up again but I wonder if anyone has seen this problem before or knows how to fix it?

I try searching for 2 Upper Class rewards to Miami sometime next Jun:

I can't have outbound on 1st and return on 8th but that's no problem because there's availability on quite a few other days. Lets pick 13th to 21st since there's Upper Class rewards on both days...

...except there isn't! All I'm offered is PE. This happens no matter what dates I select, none of the purple days actually offer UC flights.

Unfortunately the site does this a lot. While doing this online should be a bread and butter operation for any airline VS's booking system throws out lots of errors. It is planned to implement DL's booking engine by May-ish 2016 so that should make things better. In the meantime, if you do see availability it is then best to call VS directly to see if the premier team can see the same and confirm it for you. That and some other quietly introduced policy changes regarding late availability of upgrades is creating to much hassle for me at the moment!

I experienced this recently, the calendar good showing availability but the computer then saying 'no' when attempting to see the inbound flights. Try entering the trip as two single legs and see what you get. If it shows availability ring VS and explain what you're seeing, and they should be able to make the booking for you.
