Ryanair to Codeshare?

Came across this today -

Personally, with LR ceasing, I would welcome this move for additional connections for us in Scotland.

They and the other low cost carries have had these discussions before. They tend to make waves in the press but go nowhere.

Last I heard was that Easyjet were in discussions with BA but they refused to do things like interline bags or re-book if the BA flight was delayed - the very essence of what a code share is.

I can see them wanting a lot of ££ from VS/BA to carry 2 bags for PE and 3 for UC/Club !

I believe that Ryanair have been in talks with BA, but one of the conditions being that Ryanair hold no responsibility for missed connections, even if it was their fault!
