Just thought I would share what I believe to be a good deal on return UC from GLA to MCO September 2016. Since returning for the same trip in May 2015 with family we decided on a return trip next year.
The original plan was to book a Y class EC and upgrade to UC using miles. On the day of flight release the price was as expected. However decided to wait a couple of weeks and on a daily basis checked the prices. As it turns out the strategy seems to have paid off. At the time of booking I was able to make a UC booking for two at the same price as a Y EC without using miles.
Having checked again today this represents a £2k saving on the current UC price
