Booking Treatments on LGW Clubhouse

We are travelling Premium Economy to Orlando in late August and I have booked the Clubhpouse. Do we get complimentry treatments and if so how do we book. Long time since I've used VA I'm sorry to say so need reminding.

Everyone with Clubhouse access, however it's obtained, is entitled to a complimentary treatment. But there's no advance booking, it's strictly first come first served on the day. So get there early to guarantee a slot as it's not very big.

Would echo what Gumshoe has said - usually there are only two therapists on duty.

If you are on the late Orlando flight (1pm), then you stand a better chance of getting a slot, but you do need to be there early

I get the feeling the chances of getting one at Gatwick is much slimmer than a heathrow one. We tried a couple of times going from there, and stop bothering. I think the complimentary ones are very limited and paid ones are much more likely to knock them out...

Out of interest, how did you book the Clubhouse? I thought they only sold entry on the day on a space-available basis.

Some holiday companies (including VH) sell it as an added extra when buying a package that includes PE flights, I believe.

I think you can book it with virgin holidays if you are on a holiday with them and going PE

Wouldn't that then book into the V-Room, not the Clubhouse?

The V-Room is shut between 06 February 2016 and 24 January 2017, are Virgin Holidays selling the Clubhouse during that time?

I've done it at Heathrow on a VH PE package so assume it's the same at gatwick , istbc but I think you can book the vroom if your travelling in Y
