Expansion of Codeshare possible?

Given the recent announcement regarding Codeshare flights between VS and flybe from Manchester, Gatwick and Glasgow, perhaps Heathrow would be possible too?

This paragraph would tend to suggest not. I'd very much doubt Heathrow would discount the landing rates for flyBe that BA are already paying full price for.

The Sunday Times said Flybe, which his undergoing its own financial turnaround, will only operate the routes if the right slots are made available and the right price for access the Heathrow’s terminals.
