I thought it worth highlighting some excellent customer service from VS I have just received.
On Friday afternoon about 3:30 I completed the feedback form on the VS website to a) praise the flight and especially the crew on our recent outbound flight and b) give negative comments and feedback about the crew and some other issues on out recent inbound flight.
On Saturday morning at 11am I received a call from VS customer service dept to talk to me about my feedback. They went through every issue and let me know how it would be dealt. I was also offered some miles as compensation and given the direct number and name of the person I was talking to should I have any further issues.
I was expecting the standard emailed response 28 days after filling in the form, so to have received a call in less than 20 hours I think was fantastic. It seems that VS really have upped their CS levels and long may it continue.
