Hi All, it never rains then it pours...

After not flying VS for several years, I have booked my second flight of the year with them due to an absolutely irresistable price in PE to BGI with VH staying at the Turtle Beach resort.

One of my party is gluten free, and although we could order GF special meals, experience shows that these are awful and that frequently, choice on the standard menu are suitable and of better quality.

Does anyone have the menu (we're flying July 6/16) - a search didn't show any previous posts on this.

Many thanks for any help

Thanks Lucylu, I'd really appreciate that. I'm not sure when the menus change, but the odds have to be good that it would still be valid.

LucyLu - thanks so much, really appreciate that.

Doesn't look good for gluten free options, but that is good to know.

Trouble is, even when airlines manage to get the GF option onto the plane, they are awful!

I used to order veggie meals as I don't eat a lot of meat, but gave up in the end as I always seemed to miss out on Gu puddings etc and the meals weren't good. I take my chances now and hope for a chicken or veggie option being available. Only had one instance on Qatar flight where all they had left was sausage, which I don't eat, and they got me a delicious Asian veggie crew meal instead.
