I only have experience of PE low fat meals to LGW/MCO/LGW and usually they have involved plain grilled chicken or a slightly curry flavoured chicken with either a lentil type dahl or potatoes with a bit of veg, a bowl of fresh fruit and a salad with dressing. The mid afternoon or pre landing snack tends to be a roasted vegetable wrap. Personally I am not very keen on them as they tend to be quite bland. My last breakfast wasn't too bad, cornflakes and fruit.

There are an astonishingly low number of reviews of special meals online so whatever happens it would be great to hear back.

All I found was this perplexing offering from a decade ago:

I’ve had low fat meals in PE quite a few times and they’ve always been quite nice. Grilled chicken with grilled veg and rice as an example. Never ordered one in UC as suspect it would be the same as a PE meal just plated differently

The meal pictured does look 'unusual'
