Economy Light - seat selection permitted for Au or nae?

Was browsing the VS website for a cheapo quick trip across the pond. NYC>LHR return, and wondered, If I as a Gold flyer, were to book Economy Light, do I get to choose my seat online aforehand? It's normally a privilege of being Au to select that, but maybe not for 'Light'?

I presume I can use the lounges to eat, as per normal, unless there's some 'T&C' I'm missing!

Just found the answer on the forum with that helpful 'Matrix': YES you can.
Little reason to select Classic if Au, other than exit row option.
