I really enjoyed my Virgin flights to and from Orlando this year, especially as it was largely paid for with rewards points. I'd like to book again for 2020, however there doesn't seem to be *any* reward availability. I looked back in my emails and I booked last years flights on 6 June...

Hope this isn't a sign that the route ex Belfast is stopping?

Are there seats for sale with cash? Reward availability isn't indicative of a routes viability. In fact I'd be inclined to say low availability indicates a route that is doing well.

There are BFS-MCO running next April. Sunday 19th April with Y and J redemptions available on it but only one of each.

I checked for 2 seats and can sadly confirm you're correct, as to why I've no idea. Here's a link you can keep checking or you can register for email alerts within an hour of seats becoming available.

when are you looking for? don't forget that

(a) VS only starts selling tickets 333 days in advance so the latest date you can book today is 22nd April so if you are looking for dates are after than then yes it will show as no flights / no availability

(b) VS does not always release rewards on the same date as cash flights (same with the lower fare buckets) so it can be a few days before they become available. Nor does it guarentee to release a specific number. A single seat in economy is more likely to be the result of an odd number of people booking than by design.

Thanks all for taking the time to reply. I probably don't want the flight until June/July but I like to do some stalking on when they become available etc. I'll keep watching it.

Thanks, Steve

i think this route must be doing okay, i have a bfs-mco in august in upper, only one seat remaining, some friends tried getting premium for four but could only manage two premium and two economy, its the first time i've tried bfs as i normally go lgw-mco, but seeing as i'm only fifteen minutes from bfs thought i'd give it a go, down side is i will not be able to avail of the club house, and going on past experience with the "lounge" at bfs i'll just wait at burger king until my flight is called !!
