Just thought I'd post a quick comparison between row 1 and other rows on the VS A350's.

I flew to/from JFK last week on an A350 both ways. As many are already aware there is a significant difference between row 1 and other rows in the Upper Class cabin on the A350's.

The foot well is significantly bigger than on other rows. The IFE screen also pushes into the seat wall rather than sits at an angle.

I was sat in 1A and TBH, I'd pick row 1 every time now the flying the A350's especially on over-night flights. All row 1 seats have the bigger foot well. The A and K cabin wall seats the foot well actually extended into the bulkhead wall where a wardrobe is located.

There is a washroom close by but you are separated from it by a wardrobe. I also didn't notice much noise coming from the forward galley either. I slept like a rock on that new A350 seat on Friday.
