Hi all,

I have been trying to contact virgin for the past couple of weeks with no luck. Does anybody have any direct email addresses to anyone in customer services that I can use to see if that works rather than spending hours on hold everyday? Any help is appreciated!

The last time I contacted them I did so using WhatsApp. Follow the link below, click on 'Message us' and select the WhatsApp option and leave your number...

I expect they're really busy at this time, but it's worth pinging a message and hopefully they'll get back to you quicker than it takes them to answer your call whilst on hold. If you're not due to travel in the next few weeks, I suggest maybe holding back as they're probably overwhelmed dealing with customers who were due to travel in the coming weeks.
