IT shambles

VS IT seems to be in meltdown right now. We all know that their systems have quirks but it's going from bad to worse. Just in the past 24 hours

Website completely unavailable for a while
Wouldn't let me log in to my FC account
Wouldn't take payment
Payment page says I'll earn a whopping 800 miles as Gold for a UC RT
Mess up stored payment cards

Even the 'what miles will I earn' calculator won't work saying "Aah, sorry. You can't use your miles for this route. If it's highlighted in the "to" list is means it isn't eligible for now". WTF?

Surely they're losing valuable millions because of their IT mess? BA's IT, although woeful at the moment, is still better than VS

Well, I've just gone to the MMB page and according to the seat map, my flights (VS73/VS76 in april) are to quote...

"This flight is provided by another airline. You'll need to contact them directly to select your seat."

Go figure!
