Cancelling or changing a reward flight.

Does anyone know the latest a reward flight could be changed or cancelled before departure and what the cost or penalty might be ?

My understanding is cancel or change up to 24hr before departure, £30 per ticket/traveller. Full refund of points/vouchers, full refund taxes etc less £30 each. I did this recently. Points immediately reinstated, voucher took a couple of days and refund hit credit card 12 days after cancellation.

Change fee waived for Gold-cancellation fee regardless although others have posted also waived for Gold.

As David says, only issue ive ever had is occasionally the voucher hasn't been reaccredited, so I normally leave it a week then call to check
