My wife was in PE with a 2 year old from MCO to MAN this week. Pre-booked a fruit platter for the little one due to allergies. My wife wasn’t offered either an evening meal or breakfast by the cabin crew. She isn’t the type to kick up a fuss and was a bit busy looking after our daughter by the time she realised she wasn’t getting a meal. Is it work putting a complaint in do you think? Seems pretty poor to skip her for both meal services.
Absolutely yes. Your wife wasn't provided with the onboard service she paid for. If anything like that happens again do ask to speak to the flight service manager whilst onboard as that's what they are there for.

Thanks. I absolutely would have done but she isn’t the type to speak up and make a fuss about these kind of things.
