1903 Lounge: guests allowed?

Hi all. We're flying from MAN to LAS in July. Both my OH and I are Gold members and flying in Upper. My sister and her soon to be husband (they're getting married in LAS) are on the same flight in Premium. I know we're allowed one guest on the same flight in the Clubhouse, but are we allowed guests into the 1903 lounge? Thanks!
