It still the case please that I need to exchange the VS issued boarding passes for DL boarding passes at ATL or has the technology finally synchronised?
I am guessing it is a backend issue as neither VS printed or mobile boarding passes seem to work on Delta.
Our flight was cancelled to Boston in May and was put on Virgin LHR-JFK then JFK-BOS with Delta.
I couldn’t get boarding passes with Delta on the app but Virgin mobile boarding pass worked; but we also received boarding passes at airport with Virgin for both flights.
