What's happening Virgin?
Our party checked our bags in at Twighlight Check in 5pm Thurs 25th July.
While in our hotel room we received a phone call from another of our party who was unable to utilise Twighlight check in, and had received an email from Virgin informing her that VS85 was cancelled.
I returned to check in to be informed that they had no notice of any flight cancellation.
Eventually after contacting Virgin Ops the cancellation was confirmed.
This is the second VS85 cancellation within 5 days.
