Having looked, I can not see how I should contact VS about an apparent duplicate payment.
Changed Reward booking and paid by CC.
I have two payments taken on same day for £31.50 and £31.35.
Does anyone have an email address for FC to try and resolve this please?

The second charge should fall off in a few days.

This happened to me when:

Boosted points: 3 payments shown on banking, 2 debited and 1 fell off.

Booked two reward seats : shown as charged for 3, one dropped off after 3 days.
But you can just call Virgin regular number, and choose option to amend booking and then choose Upper class (as you get through quicker) or message on online chat

The Pending charge did fall off but this is the permanent charge that replaces it.(That is a duplicate- almost)
I was trying to avoid calling ,and the chat button function does not appear on my booking, hence my request if anyone still has an email that works.

No problem, and sorry to hear that.

The only email is the customer service email and replied can take 10+ days…

The chat button doesn’t automatically appear anymore.

You need to go onto the booking, click “change flight” pop up will open and you click and it opens a new tab where the chat button is displayed.

Hope you get it sorted soon…

I am afraid that when I finally managed to get the chat button to appear it does not operate!

Anyone got an email address for customer service, please? I know thats a really ancient way to make contact but at least you used to get a response.
