Voucher gifting help

Evening all. I have a query for the knowledgeable hive mind please

I have a very good friend who lives out on Antigua who needs to get home to see her ill dad as soon as is feasible. I have a voucher id love to gift to her to make it more possible financially. Problem is I dropped from silver to red last month. Is there any way the FC would allow me to do this?

Officially the answer is no if you’re red, but I have read on Facebook of people being allowed to do it, so I’d just ring up until you hopefully find someone who will do it for you!
