Went online to submit a Flying Club missing flight credit for my outbound ATL>FLL DL flight on Dec 28 and after entering all the details (dates, ticket number, PNR, seat number, flight number etc), I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the flight credit was instant.
The correct Virgin Points and tier points showed straight away
It was also a domestic First Class I fare - which also credited the correct 40 TP's.
I was half expecting a battle as I didn’t have a paper boarding pass only a now expired Apple Wallet boarding pass - none of which is now required to submit a claim
(My FLL>ATL flight leg from Jan 4 credited automatically overnight)
