Breakfast service

Question from the Mrs! Flying VS0187 LHR-BGI soon. Scheduled off 08:05. I assume the first food offering will be breakfast fairly soon after take off? Thanks

Yes it'll be the brunch service. I've not had it since this time last year, but I actually thought it was one of the best breakfasts I've had on the plane from any airline. Poached eggs were cooked perfectly (albeit could have been hotter).
