Hi,

Not used a Virgin reward voucher (nor a reward seat actually) since the change to the vouchers and to dynamic pricing so have a few questions if anyone knows the answers:

1) Say we book a one way reward flight in premium for 25k points per person, upper is 100k per person. For the 2 of us we would need 50k points to book the flight then to upgrade to Upper using the voucher I assume it is worth 75k points TOTAL not 75k per flight/leg? Therefore we would need the voucher plus another 75k points?

2) I assume this (the voucher value per leg) is the same case whether it is used for upgrade or companion? Its always 75k TOTAL

My wife earned the voucher as a Red, so I believe it is "worth" 75k points.

3) If she subsequently becomes silver, does the voucher "upgrade" to be worth 150k as she would be silver at the time the voucher is applied? Or is the vouchers value fixed at the time of issue?

4) If the voucher value is determined at the point of use, is it OK for the flight to have been booked when Red but the voucher applied when Silver to get 150k (to be clear I am thinking about booking flights then doing a status match to increase value of the voucher, then applying it to the already booked flights).
