How do you book the bulkheads seats in PE which are blocked off ? Have seats in the middle row but would much prefer a window seat. Is it first to ask at check at airport ?

They can only be allocated at the airport by check in, concierge or gate staff.
(It's because they're the bassinet seats for infants).
