Hi!

I've been mulling over using Virgin or BA for a flight to Vegas in October. BA would be on their A350 in Business, but just seen that Vegas with Virgin has changed to the A350 on their website. An upgrade for me for UC compared to the older style 787 which did the route normally.

My question is whether we think the A350 will now service Vegas regularly and it will likely remain. Or its a quirk and the 787 will replace it and come back in.

Personally I don't mind flying Virgin or BA and would rather fly on whoever has the A350 for the route. But if both do then would go for Virgin.

Would appreciate any thoughts / advice.

I know the VS 350 has done LAS before. Notably in January during CES where they needed higher capacity. Perhaps during the F1 too? LAS has been a busy route for them, so it’ll be a case of load factors. VS 350’s are also overweight though and they have ballast towards the rear, so that will affect the year round hot & high performance.

Yes thats right anyone who has flown the A333 lately know there is lots of issues with IFE and broken seats. I was looking into VS85 for my birthday treat with my voucher but based on my past 2 experiences on A330 I'm going to give Vegas a miss this year.
