Credit Card Reward Voucher Not Showing

Has anyone had issues with Credit Card Reward Vouchers not showing on their Flying Club Account?

I got the email on the 10th October to say I had reached the annual spend for the voucher but nothing has reached my flying club account.

Just wondering if I'm in for a battle to get this fixed and what the best way is?

No issues here. My last one was issued September 30th. Shows in the voucher section online and as a FC transaction.

Spoke to flying club this morning, had to send the email into them and now wait for them to investigate
