Another competition only for 'new' customers

I honestly don't understand the Virgin marketing team these days. They constantly ask for the opinions of their loyal customers whilst simultaneously launching offers or competitions which exclude them. Recently we had the 5000 points for first time auto-exchange of Tesco points, and now we have a 300,000 points competition for anyone who has not yet linked their Virgin Red and FC accounts (who hasn't done this?)

Not sure of the point of filling those surveys in any more!

What if you have flown more than 5 times in one year?

They are only counting one flight per year. So if you’ve flown 4 times in a single year (2 UK-US, 2US-UK)it will only count as one flight.
