Maintaining Silver

Good morning,

I have held Silver status for several years and understand that, in order to maintain this level, I need to earn a total of 400 tier points before April 2027.

I expect to receive 200 tier points from an upcoming US return reward flight, along with a further 150 tier points from a paid Upper Class return flight with Vietnam Airlines. This will leave me requiring an additional 50 tier points to retain my status.

Could you please advise on the simplest way to earn the remaining 50 tier points? Additionally, I would be grateful to know whether it is possible to achieve these without taking an additional flight.

Economy return to JFK or a business return to AMS/CDG with KLM or AF.

It seems like you’re flying well irrespective of status. I’d question the level of effort just to renew the minimal perks of silver.
