How do I book this trip ?

Scenario- planning on me, my wife AND 10-year-old granddaughter on a trip to England (from US) next year.

i currently have over 550,000 miles plus 2 companion/upgrade vouchers.

i am Silver so the upgrade would get me 150,000 miles

Last trip I booked using the upgrade and put wife as companion BUT we had 2 different booking references.

I am positive 10-year-old would have to be on one of the 2 bookings, not on her own separate one, so the question is , can I do that on either the upgrade or companion OR will I have to pay for my ticket and hers and just companion the wife? Any bright ideas much appreciated

I think you’re over complicating this. Just tell them what you want, 3 people, apply the one voucher and pay what’s due. You’d all be on one booking ref too.

I wish I was, but if you read my post the last time I did just the two of us we were given separate booking references. Me on my upgrade voucher got one, wife as companion a second separate one...

My experience -Two booking references were used for myself and my wife- revenue fare booking- on one phone call. Poor staff training?
