All PE (H/W/S/K) and Upper (J/D/Z) revenue tickets are eligible for MMF bonus miles, but not all Economy ones are.

Just been on the phone to the FC about the miles I haven't received yet from my partner hotel stay back in April. Only took 8m45s to get to speak to someone Nice woman with a slightly posh accent.....nice apt music during the hold eg Will Smith - Miami, Elvis - Viva Las Vegas etc.
Did find out that I'm supposed to send my receipt into the flying club rather than phone though........
