Indeedy. My flights are now showing as a 12:30 outbound and a 19:55 inbound, which suits me just fine both ways. Mind you, I wouldn't know diddly-squat if it wasn't for VF, as I've had no contact at all from VS...

Hmm. This is a tiny bit OT, but having just gone into my booking on the VS site to check the new flight times, the option to enter API has disappeared and I have no idea why...

I have just had notification that the flight VS19 to SFO on the 12th December that I am booked on has been moved forward to 09:30. I'll have to get up early for my shave in the clubhouse now.[:0]

I'm glad I booked my treatment at the Clubhouse, that's how I first found out.

In reply to Mdvipond, you are right - when I went on to check our upcoming flights the API option has disappeared! How strange. Do you think it will return?

This new time is ok for us as long as we are not delayed. It should mean that we get over to the other coast of Florida by about 8.00pm latest which is ok. It also allows us enough time in the Clubhouse for me to have a treatment - up until now there has never been enough time due to the early departure and Mr Avalon is thrilled as he HATES the early start. For him a holiday is not a holiday unless it begins with a lie-in.

However despite having two returns scheduled between now and December we have not been notified of the schedule change.

avalon, have you gone into the Manage my Booking page on the VS website. Twice I have done that and found changes to my flights - the first on a trip earlier this year to Dubai and more recently for my trip to Tokyo next year. The changes? About 5 minutes in either the arrival or departure time on one of the legs [:0]

Honey Lamb - you are correct. And I have to acknowledge the change before I can do anything else. Does seem to have been a bit of a secret though, friends travelling out who have booked through their travel agent know nothing about this at all. [y] for V-Flyer.

Went on to check flight times & to update API - as mentioned the API option has disappeared [?]
Notified on screen that return flight VS006 now leaves MIA at 1955 [n]
Do VA usually email notification of flight changes?

Pleased our outbound flight has not been changed at least - though I have to do a bit of rearrangeing for the return!

API is still there for me. Weird!

I just got a notification from Expedia about the 'minor itinerary change'.

well we have booked a week in miami in late feb for a with VH and now we cannot manage our booking it says 'We're sorry, we cannot retrieve your booking due to a change in the scheduled flight times. Please confirm this change with your travel agent or tour operator. Once confirmed please return to this website and try again' and now it looks as if it will cost me more money (oh the pain ) i had convinced Mrs thejohn it was not worth booking the clubhouse via VH as it was such an early flight.

James, if you are referring to the revised schedule vscss has just posted the different times will be to accommodate the fact that the US has these weirdly different dates from the rest of the world with regard to Daylight Saving
