That reminds me, not so long ago Howard/Kyle/Greg intimated on the VS FB page that us non-UK FC members would now be getting the birthday bonus (which prompted slinky to start a campaign to have past bonuses given to me -which went nowhere). Alas not only did I not get back bonuses, I didn't get this year's. :(

I reached AU in December and have just recently celebrated my birthday 06 Jan but I haven't received my Birthday Bonus yet, how long does it usually take for them to reach your account?

Many thanks D y)

You get a Birthday card in the post with instructions on where to go online to redeem :)

Thanks, it's been nearly two weeks now and no card so I think I'll give the FC a call.

Have you had your AU pack & new card yet?

The code that comes with the birthday card is valid for 6 months after your birthday to redeem the points

Good morning.

I calle the AU hotline yesterday on a totally unrelated matter and just mentioned that I hand"t received my bonus, the very polite lady on the line said she would look into it for me and hey presto the bonus is in my account this morning.

Further to my last post I have just received a phone call from the agent with whom I spoke yesterday just letting me know that my bonus had been credited to my account.

She was a really lovely lady who is polite, professional and funny all at the same time, a real asset to the company.

Praise already sent to Crawley Towers

When you find an agent like that, grab their extension number... tis what I have done and I try to speak with the same people if needed.. when they get to know the customer too, service level is def better.. the trick is then getting through to them, as some agents say that they can't connect you n( .. but can they help... ?| Doubtful if you cannot work your own phone system :P

Regarding the thread, I have always got my AU birthday miles.. I even got a card from FlyingCo last year - no miles though ii)
