Virgin to apply for BA slots to launch service to Moscow

I still think that the heat is on for authorities to show they are providing domestic competition to BA, and giving EI the slots is an easy win.

Are the Scots making a lot of noise up in Edinburgh about this?

Think I may have misundertood the slot thing - is it the case the some of the slots MUST be used for Moscow?
