Hi All,
I phoned Tesco to complain about this, they said it was nothing to do with them. I then phoned flying club who told me they didn't understand why I had the email and that it was not a valid offer. I got 2,000 miles as a good will gesture.
Has anyone actually received them. I suggest phoning and complaining.

Well I have now been offered 5000 miles as 'compensation' which I have declined as no mention of the original missing miles. The missing miles were 9000 on 1 account and about 6,500 on the other. Has anyone had any luck with getting the promised 30%. I have sent them a copy of the email several times at their request- it has no dates other than May clubcard statement.
