I have never seen or heard of an EC to UC reward upgrade voucher I am afraid.

Just spoken with VS (needed to get some miles credited for an upgrade... again ) and I am sorry to say there is no such voucher.

Good to hear Joey but would be nice of the OP to confirm they had got confused regarding this

Maybe the voucher does exist in the V system & they have accidently applied it instead of E to PE.

To use the PE voucher, there needs to PE seats available as reward. You can then basically book your PE seats using the voucher, paying the relevant taxes & E miles.

Its not a case of booking E seats & asking to use the voucher. There Must be PE reward seats available.
