I saw someone post on HFP that they received 7500 and then 2500 - its always been 10k as far as im aware so you should get the balance soon...

Nothing for me or my wife yet...

Mine posted (as 7500+2500) on 10th Jan with activity date 21st June 18. Policy cancelled

Wondering how long to give it before chasing them up...

Called up yesterday and was told to give it until March and then call back if they hadnt appeared... I know im ok to cancel policy but would rather have policy active for when i have to call back

Got mine yesterday following a couple of calls, so if you haven't received them you'll definitely need to speak to virgin money.

My wifes 10k points havent been added yet, keep forgetting to call them
