I saw them after exiting immigration @ LHR in a kiosk. I thought it was a free gift from UK Immigration control. I kept walking; quickly. Who know!:D

The last few times I've flown PE, I've asked for a Fast Track. I have never been denied. In fact, upstairs they have been left by the top of the stairs a couple of days for PE passengers to take.

At the same time, I find that most of the times I get to immigration the regular non-EU is short enough to not warrant using the pass. So I now have a collection of 5 just in case I need one in the future!
