Shop and earn FC miles + 500 bonus miles offer

Im still not convinced if this site is working right as early last months points havent turned up or if they have it doesnt say so in my account summary page on VS, nor does it say anything on the purchase report just 0 transactions, i made 3 transactions yesterday and still no mention of those either? and yes i have logged into FC before attempting to buy anything, curious.

My purchases are showing 'in progress' along with the 500 miles bonus. Did you go to the 'Shopping Home' page and follow the links on that page to the shops you wanted?

Has anyone actually received any miles in their account yet through this process?

Did you use the links from the VS website for each retailer, as you must use these for your purchases to be tracked.

It takes about a week for retailers to show any purchase history. Some will take longer than others.

My first IWOOT purchase took about 5 days to track back to my account. My 500 bonus miles appeared below the purchase a few days ago. No idea how long it will be though before any of those miles get transfered to my FC account.

It can often take a month or so for the miles to hit your account when using the BA equivalent. As long as they are showing in 'My Shopping History' (link at top right of the shopping home page) then they do eventually show up with BA so I expect the same is true with VS. My purchases and bonus miles via VS are shown there but haven't hit my FC account so far (after 3 weeks).

I have 2 purchases showing In progress from 23rd June, no 500 bonus miles on there though yet.

I ordered over the amount to get the bonus miles from Waterstones, but have the order seems to be out of stock and has been billed individually, so it looks like I will miss out on the 500 miles[:0]

yes i did mitch each time so it logged each visit (or so i thought) anyway i am getting used to never receiving miles, still waiting for

miles from march car rental through vs site
miles from hiltons stay in march usa
virgin wines 750 miles feb
purple parking 350miles last month
last months waterstones purchase

apart from that i get everything else[:w]

does anyone else reguarly not get there miles?

Miles now posted to my FC account as of this morning. No bonus 500 miles yet though (even though it does show on my shopping history)

Did the 25 and over spend have to be the very first purchase you made?
I've made plenty over 25 but my first one was with Waterstones who shipped seperately and therefore shows as under 25.
Either way I currently have no 500 bonus miles showing amongst all my ''in progress'' ones.

I'm with nemmie in the confused camp. I spent 25+ with HMV yesterday but it looks like they are putting the individual dvds on my card seperarlt (MNBA rang me to ask about a suspicious 12.99 but somehow the 170 Ispe nt last night on train tickets is ok!)

Will I still get my bonus miles = the three DVDs are all on the same order number?

I too have made 2 purchases and both were over 100, the miles status changed from In progress today to awarded, and now appear in my miles balance, but there is no 500 bonus miles showing anywhere, either on my account, or in the shopping history

Hmmm. My first purchase was 26.96 but has registered at 24.75, conveniently below the 500 bonus mile threshold. Have emailed already...

The ordinary miles have posted in my account and the bonus miles are showing as pending.

NB- Check your transaction amounts. On 2 seperate transactions the amount was shown as less than what I spent. I emailed about it along with a request for my non showing 500 bonus miles. Reply today the amendment miles were posted in my shopping history and the bonus miles will be credited next week but they are still not showing, even in ''in progress'' so we shall see.

on a side note I'm sure you all know but you won't get any miles on postage and packaging.

Got my reply - miles to be credited properly and bonus miles on the way. [:)]
