May have to order some more :|

At three quid a pair, it's less than a pint down my local. Plus it keeps Levi gainfully employed, so he will be eternally grateful for your order :D

Duly order :)

Pete,

I am not sure if this has been said before but I would like to add my thanks for the prompt delivery of my tags. They are excellent quality and your self and Levi should be proud of this service as it certainly beats a few of other companies I could name on products that take an eternity to arrive.

Again many thanks and roll on the 31st 'March y) y)

Another vote of thanks here, ordered some tags very very late (Sunday night) with a plea for them to arrive in time for trip tomorrow.
They arrived Friday, so now adorning my luggage, and very good they look too.... 8D
Many thanks!

Just received mine. Very nice. The best £3.00 I have spent in a long time. Can't wait to strap them on and see the reaction I get when boarding next week.

I've just gone to order 2 sets of tags, one for myself for the MAN-LHR Inaugral and one set for the BF who has never flown VS before but we're going to LAS with VS in March. Also added two sets of straps to the cart however it's added 4x the amount of shipping to a whopping £3.60! I appreciate that there might be some increase in weight but if they're all going in the same jiffy bag can shipping not be kept at a flat rate or increased at a lower % rather than 400%!?

Yes I did the same 2 x sets of tags + 2 x sets of straps ---- shocked to see the shipping jump to £3.20, I am sure it is not costing a penny more to ship the additional items ?| , but what the heck, lets hope they are as good as the feedback on here implies, looking forward to them arriving soon :)

Yup - sorry about the shipping. The shopping cart is very basic and only allows me to add either one shipping price for the entire cart (regardless of contents) or a per-item shipping cost. I've been tinkering with both, and initially I tried the per-cart price, but was losing on the larger orders so switched. However, I can see it really does screw up when you start ordering multiple cards. If I switch it back to per-cart pricing, is a £2 flat fee ok? I'll still get stiffed on the larger international orders, but I guess it'll all average out.

Hi - quick question. I couldn't resist some of these as they look fantastic. I ordered them last Friday and paid by Paypal but when I go back to the luggage tags page the basket still has my order in it. Is that normal? Thanks.

As long as you received the PayPal confirmation, the order should have gone through. Although if you ordered last Friday, I would expect you to have received the tags by now... I'll check with Levi when he gets in the office.

Pete,

Tags have just arrived and very nice they look too!

Thanks for the update on postage £3.20 is a bit steep for an standard envelope with a 2nd class stamp --- I guess its the hidden taxes, fees and surcharges!! :D

I think I've solved the inadequacies of the shopping cart's shipping functions by adding a couple of extra dummy products to the store for international shipping. UK shipping is now back to the £1 flat-fee model, so it doesn't get ridiculous on large orders.

Upper Class tastes the food, wine and whatever.. Economy pockets the bread rolls, food, wine and whatever for consumption at a later date... or to frame it for posterity :P :P

At least I think that is what it means ?|
